- Eating organic food is better for our health and wellbeing as it is fresher, has minimal processing, is free from chemicals and pesticides and is more sustainable.
- Eating organic foods also promotes and helps local farmers and suppliers Given the wide availability of organic food, it is easy these days to buy and cook organic food recipes.
- While organic food can sometimes be more expensive, it is possible to source cheaper retailers that sell such food at the same (or even cheaper) price than non-organic food in your neighborhood.
